iClick is proud to continue to pass the SMETA audit since 2019
SMETA, the Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit, is a social auditing methodology, enabling businesses to assess their sites and suppliers to understand working conditions in their supply chain.
Social audits enable businesses to assess their suppliers, monitor health and safety for workers, and signal zero tolerance of human rights abuses such as child and forced labour.
Your trust in iClick product and factories has been escalated to a new, higher level with SMETA
Very few suppliers have invested the time and resources to pass SMETA audits
We continue to improve our products, service and quality and will continue to invest in our ability to deliver the best to you!

Product Safety Statement
iClick maintains our commitment to product safety through a committee established and overseen by our President. The Product Safety Committee is charged with evaluating products for safety concerns, researching and updating our processes for compliance with applicable regulations and ensuring best practices are adhered to in the product we ship our customers.
Our product testing focuses on the following standards:
Our technology products are tested to comply with RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC and its subsequent amendments, which deals with the chemical content in the materials of the product. The test is specifically for lead, cadmium, mercury, chromium and PBBs/PBDEs.
FCC/CE Certification for applicable products
CPSIA Total Lead content in substrate and Phthalates for PVC custom shape raw materials
CPSIA Total Lead content and Phthalates for imprint inks
Lead and Phthalates for all products in reference to Prop 65
We require all of our factories to provide product safety testing reports showing compliance to applicable standards. While iClick products are considered general use, iClick has identified a number of products in our line as appropriate for children. Third party testing to applicable standards along with the Children’s Product Certificate can be made available for these designated products.
We cannot test every piece of every order for the nearly 800 chemicals listed in Prop 65. Distributors with concern about Prop 65 should request that a warning label be applied to each product, which we will include at no additional charge.
Bill of materials, performance requirements and a technical depiction available upon request.
California Proposition 65 Compliance
Proposition 65, the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, was enacted as a California ballot initiative in November 1986. The Proposition was intended by its authors to protect California citizens and the State's drinking water sources from chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm, and to inform citizens about exposures to such chemicals. The statute states that “no person in the course of doing business shall knowingly and intentionally expose any individual to a chemical known to the state (California) to cause cancer or reproductive toxicity without first giving a clear and reasonable warning…” For more information about California's Prop 65, please click here.
iClick is committed to providing safe and compliant products for our customers. Our products and decorating inks meet applicable Federal requirements for lead and phthalate content and to our knowledge do not contain chemicals at concentrations that would require a Proposition 65 warning label. However, we cannot test every piece of every order for the nearly 800 chemicals listed in Prop 65. To that end we employ the following procedures to mitigate risk:
We employ a banned and restricted substance list with which all our suppliers must comply.
We test all products for lead and phthalates and do not offer products that do not comply with Prop 65 safe harbor limits.
We complete risk assessments and review product specifications for all of our products to ensure they do not include high risk materials.
We regularly review State of California DOJ list of 60 day notices and judgments for high risk chemicals and products and if necessary will add test protocols for additional chemicals as necessary.
We review our policies and test practices with a certified lab and compliance consultant to ensure that they are effective and compliant with the law to the best of our ability.
Due to our rigorous risk assessment process and the testing procedures we have in place, we have opted not to label any of our products with Prop 65 warnings. Distributors with further concern about Prop 65 may request that a warning label be applied, which we will include at no additional charge.
