- [Karl] Okay, we're gonna go ahead and get started. So, this is Karl Johnson of iClick. Thanks everyone for jumping on the call today, we're gonna talk about Selling in the New Normal, which I don't know if anybody exactly knows what that is yet, but we're all figuring it out. A couple of housekeeping items before we get started, we are recording the call today and this will be emailed out to everybody. So, you will get a copy of it. There are handouts available right now, downloads you can download right now. There will also be attachments in the email follow up. So, make sure to take advantage of that either now, during the call or pay attention to the email, we'll be sending this out in the next day or two. So, with that, we'll go ahead and get started. What is the New Normal? I think there's a lot of uncertainty surrounding this, but certainly we're starting to see some trends that look like they'll be sustainable, and what I wanna share with you today are some things that have been really successful for our other distributor partners. And that has helped people create sales. And this is what's going on. If you haven't sold Tech or even if you have, this is a great opportunity to gain some market share. One of the unfortunate realities is with what's going on today, is that some distributors are not gonna come back as strong or maybe not come back at all. And that creates a market share opportunity for everybody out there, whether that's by product category or a potential to pick up new customers. So, we're gonna talk about the value of Mobile Tech kinda big picture. So, you can position that with your customers. It's been wildly successful for us at iClick. So, it's a great opportunity to grow your business. We'll feature some top product categories. I wanna walk you through why they've been so popular for us, but also how they're very relevant right now. I was gonna spend some time with some case studies and these are great live examples of what people have been selling and how they've been positioning and selling into create new sales opportunities. Got a couple of really cool brand new items that are extremely relevant right now, we're gonna talk through. Got a special offer for everyone, for being on the call today, and then we'll do some Q and A at the end. All right, so let's talk about mobile real estate. What we call mobile real estate. This is really the smartphone and the branding opportunity on the back of the phone. This is third party data here that tells us what we all know, we're staring at our phone all day long, and that creates a tremendous impression value opportunity. I spent 10 years in digital media and advertising before joining iClick about three years ago. And I know that my advertising clients were looking, two things on the top of their list, which were certainly demonstrated ROI on their ad spend, but also the highest impact impression for the lowest cost. So, really that value ECPM or Effective Cost Per Thousand Impression. And with the amount of time we spend on our phones, certainly in contrast to other traditional promo products, we see here that there's tremendous brand impression value at the back of the phone. And that certainly has shown itself with the PopSocket for example. We're spending over four hours a day on our smartphone, so we're more connected to it than we've ever been. And as a result, any product that is, adds functional utility convenience to our smartphones, it's gonna be extremely popular and get tons of, generate tons of impressions. And more so even right now, they're really essential items. People have to have their devices, and they have to have their devices powered and they have to be conveniently using their devices. So, anything that powers a device, adds utility or function or convenience to a device, are extremely popular and really essential right now beyond just popularity. The cool thing about our industry versus the space I spent a lot of time in is, consumers are 2 1/2 times more likely to have a positive brand engagement with a promo product versus a traditional online advertisement for example. So, we get to be in a really cool space where the end consumer really digs what we're doing as opposed to getting a pop up ad in their face, which I spent a lot of time doing. So, really then it's a matter of how do we position the value of those impressions, contrast that to A, other media opportunities, but B other products in our space as well. So, as I mentioned, the PopSocket's been a great example of that with over 100,000,000 PopSocket grips distributed worldwide, arguably the most popular product in our industry, over the last three years, and certainly a massive retail brand that has great brand cachet as well. So, as I mentioned, extensions of the smartphone and just Mobile Tech in general also garner just tremendous impression value. So, when we add functionality to desktop, traditionally desktop real estate has always been really highly valued, but now we can add multi-functionality into desktop real estate with wireless charging pads, phone stands, things that again, add utility and convenience to your smartphone experience, but also capture that desktop real estate. We've been in the USB space for 20 years now. So, certainly great brand impression value there. And we've had a very sustainable and successful business around that category, as I said, for 20 years. And then anything that powers your smartphone. We're gonna talk specifically a lot about power today. And prior to all this, it was by far and away, our fastest growing category, because we added a lot of convenience and utility into this traditional space. And also wireless charging is blowing up as well, but now more than ever powering your cell phone becomes essential. And so that's why it's so relevant today and a great sales opportunity for everybody here. As I mentioned now, the consumers are 2 1/2 times more likely to have a positive opinion of the products compared with advertising. So, again, really fun for me coming from online advertising space to now work with an experience that the consumer has a really positive engagement weapon. So, it's a lot of fun to do this. Speaking of the PopSocket. I wanted to give you guys an announcement here on the call. Traditionally the last two, three years, we've been unable to offer PopSockets for resale. And because there was potentially some channel conflict with the PopSocket brand itself and the retail market, we've now worked that out where PopSocket brand products are available for resale through iClick. So, these are some examples of opportunities that are relevant. One of the other things that I've seen all the time is company stores that may be open to general public, where we've had to restrict placing the PopSocket brand products on those companies stores that they were, open to the general public, we no longer have to do that. So, great news there and great opportunities for you guys that have clients or do have clients or company stores, where PopSockets would be a great fit, they can be resold now. So, just reach out to us and we need to know what those specifics are. But we are able to work with you PopSockets for resale now. So, great news from that standpoint again, on one of the most popular products and certainly a great brand in the space. All right, so let's get right into some product categories. So, I mentioned power, in charge, wireless charging was our fastest growing category. So, in 2018, this is a seven figure category for us. In 2019, we grew at 350%. So, massive growth in 2019, 2020 in Q1, we're on pace to double that product category in 2020, over 2019. So, huge growth. And that really is attested to the functionality and the convenience that we built into our power banks and our wireless chargers, and also just the proliferation of the wireless charging technology. So, the biggest thing we did is we took traditional power banks and we made them a lot more convenient by cutting the cord. So, we've self contained all of your connection chords within the power banks themselves. So, you no longer have to bring ancillary cables with you. So, I don't have to have a lightening cord hanging out of my pocket, or you don't have to have cords hanging out of your purses et cetera. We've now self contained all these. So, it's added a tremendous amount of convenience and new tech into power banks. It's just, nobody's seen for four or five years, so, it just blew up for us. So, here's a couple of examples of what's been super popular currently. Our little P600UL Flip, we call this series the Flip series because one of the connectors, one side is lightening. And if you flip it upside down, then it becomes micro USB. So, I'm compatible with every device on the market, and this has a Type-C adapter as well. So, I'm compatible with any kind of input. This is a little emergency charger. It's awesome 'cause it is on a key ring, it gets you a little 25 to 30% boost, and you can keep your phone charged. So, one of the things, you need to know and a great takeaway from this call and one of the things that's been really important with power and selling power in, is our new smartphones. Now your battery only has a 500 to 600 cycle life, and that's a full cycle from zero to 100. So, what that means is in the old days, they'd tell us, run your battery all the way down to zero and recharge it at night. And that's actually the opposite of how you wanna treat your battery. So, optimal battery health is 40 to 80% charged at all times. So, at iClick, we say ABC always be charging. So, you wanna keep your phone at that 40 to 80% range always. So, this is a great product, a piece, et cetera, flip, 'cause again, I don't have to worry about going from zero to 100%. I just need to go maybe from 30 to 50%, and I'm gonna get that 25, 30% charge, to keep my phone on that sweet spot all the time. So, a great product, and again, super portable and convenient and a great price point. So, then kinda as we move up the ladder, here's a 5,000 mAh. We call this the eight in one flip, 'cause it literally has eight different functions built in. I've got all my connection cables built into the power bank itself. It's also a wireless charger. So, it's a 5,000 mAh traditional power bank, but also I can charge my wireless phone on top as well. And I've got two universal USB ports built in too, so, I can charge other devices. So, this is kinda the Swiss Army Knife of powerbanks. And it has been really popular just 'cause all the utility and function and convenience that it offers. So, just a couple of examples there, how we've kinda redefined the traditional power bank category. And I'm gonna show you some more of these as we walk through case studies. I mentioned wireless charging and the proliferation of wireless charging. Apple 8 and 10 was released in November of 2017. And those are the first iPhone compatible, wireless compatible devices. They've been on the market now for 2 1/2 years. So, this tech has proliferated like crazy. And the vast majority of smartphone users now have a wireless compatible device. But even if they don't, we've got a lot of products that are great crossovers. And so the Qi Triad we see here on the left is a great power hub, but also a wireless charger. So, I have this in my kitchen, for example, because I, while I said everybody's still, or has an iPhone 8 or 10 or higher, I still rock the iPhone 7. So, I need to charge traditionally, this is a great product 'cause I can plug in my 7 in the front here, I've got two universal USB ports. My daughter can charge her a wireless device on top. And then we have a third port for a Bluetooth speaker or ear pods or something like that. So, I can charge three devices at once, hence the name triad. So, a great price point for a wireless charger that also has multi-functionality. And again, now I'm capturing that desktop real estate that we talked about earlier. And so, as we will see these in action and some work at home essential kits and environments too, this is a great work from home essential product 'cause you're gonna need a power hub, you're gonna need to power your device. And I'm capturing that desktop real estate at the same time. Similarly, the Qi Stands. So, here's another multifunctional product. That's a phone stand, which is great for Zoom calls and video calls that we're all on all the time now, to prop my phone up, but it's also giving me that wireless charge at the same time. So, multifunction, and that I'm capturing that desktop real estate. So, just two products in our Qi or wireless charging lineup that have been really popular and distributors have been able to leverage this functionality and convenience to sell this in and create sales. All right, so, I'm gonna walk through some case studies here and again, I might move through these kinda quickly, but all the downloads are available, so you can read the details on these. I'm gonna say that we have changed a lot of names here, due to either NDAs or just to protect the end client. So, you won't recognize the brands, but you'll get the sense here of the vertical and the opportunity. So, here's a Tech company, and this is what we just talked about kinda employee engagement and really, we talk about work from home essentials now. These are really, how can we offer essential products that add functionality and convenience and efficiency to the work from home experience? But also engage employees with the brand. And this was a great example of that. So, what we did is we packaged up three products here that all serve that purpose. So, the PopWallet Plus, and if you guys haven't seen this, this is a brand new product from PopSockets. It incorporates the PopSocket grips, so that traditional PopSocket PopGrip with a removable mobile wallet. So, I have the functionality of a mobile wallet. that actually pops right up in the back of my phone, so I can wireless charge, or I can leave my phone in the car when I go into the grocery store, for example, and then I can clip the wallet right back on the back of the phone. So, this has been a great safety product, as well as adding a lot of functionality to your phone. And it enables you to wirelessly charge really easily, just by popping that wallet off. So, really cool product from PopSockets, you'll see this at retail, as well it's gaining a lot of popularity at retail. If you go into like a Best Buy now, it's gone from PopSockets having a little spindle of the PopGrips, to now a full shelf within Best Buy a lot more real estate and a lot more products from PopSockets. So, the PopWallet Plus is a great product. The iPopStand, which is your traditional beverage wrench, but also doubles as a phone stand. So, again, I've got a phone stand functionality and I can pop open a beverage. So, maybe that part of it, is it a work from home essential? But after people clock out at five o'clock, they certainly popping that beverage open. So, really cool fun multifunctional product there. And then we married that up with a Qi Square. This is a great way to get wireless charging at a very affordable price point. We've got our best value option here with this square, low as 2.99 net. So, literally cheaper than a PopSocket. You can sell on a wireless charging pad, and that's gonna be for an FCC certified wireless charger. I think the most cost effective product you're gonna see in the market. We were extremely intentional with how we priced our wireless charging, to be extremely competitive, and a leader in this space. If you go to an Apple Store, for example, you're still gonna see wireless chargers for 60, 80, $100 at retail. And so, a lot of your clients aren't gonna know that they are affordable on promo. And so this is one of these things our distributors tell us all the time, you've gotta get this in front of your customer, for them to understand it's affordable and accessible. So, a 2.99 net, here's a wireless charger you can sell in. And again, the cool thing with wireless charging, the average consumer is gonna have four or five of these 'cause I am gonna need one at my desktop. I'm gonna want one in the kitchen like I mentioned, I'm gonna want one on my nightstand. I'm gonna want something in my car. So, everywhere I go, I grab that quick charge, again to keep my phone between 40 and 80%. So, the average consumer with four or five, six wireless chargers, that means you can sell it to the same client multiple times, just with a little different aesthetic or different price points. And that's how we've developed a line. So, if you've got a really budget conscious opportunity, as low as 2.99 net, you can still own a wireless charger. And then we range up to 10, $11 depending on the product and the functionality. And we'll show a few more of those as well. So, really cool work from home essential. And that's obviously extremely popular right now, but it's not just giving them an appreciation, but how do you make their life easier working from home and keep them engaged and add functions, utility and convenience into their work from home experience. And that's been really popular and successful. So, some other ideas for that, we talked about the Qi Stand, we've engineered our own iCamCover our webcam cover and more than ever, this is a work from home essential. We've all seen the Zoom fail videos on YouTube, and we wanna avoid those. I've certainly been on more Zoom and video calls in the last six weeks to eight weeks. Than I have in the last couple of years. So, webcam cover is really essential right now. Not just to avoid the silliness, but really from a web security standpoint, it's really critical to be able to cover your webcam, particularly now that people are in their home environment. And so, this is a no brainer to add. We've got two different versions of metal and a little plastic at two different price points, but a really a universally designed product we engineered ourselves, so, extremely essential for the work from home experience, BluPods in our Bluetooth audio lineup, everybody's rocking headsets or some type of audio devices they're working from home. And then we've incorporated wireless charging into a Mouse Pad. So, we've got a couple different sizes of this, but again, really a multifunction, I'm using my traditional Mouse Pad, but I'm also wirelessly charging my phone at the same time. And I'm capturing that desktop real estate, which, and engaging my employees in that work from home experience. So, just some different ideas and options there that we've seen a lot of success with, as people are looking at these work from home essentials. So, here's our power in action. Here's a software company, that was looking for a different product originally, but because this is so affordable and added so much more function and convenience, they went with the P2500 Flip. So, this is a 2500 mAh Power Bank. That again is compatible and has a universal compatibility with every device in the market, which is great. It's got the tip connector, that's got my flip, and or what am I trying to say, lightning and micro USB. And then I've also got a Type-C adapter incorporated as well. So, I'm literally compatible with every phone in the market, 2500 mAh Power Bank. This doesn't do it justice, the flat slide, it's super thin and lightweight, easily fits in your front pocket. And it has a great big imprint area. And everything I'm showing you, we'll talk about this a little bit later, is available next day in our ReadyShip line as well. So you can, sell these really quickly. Some other ideas here in these are some back to work as things start to open up. I mean, whether it's work from home or back to work, it's kind of the same concept. People are looking for ways to add utility function and efficiency into the employee experience, but also engage and give them something that's a really cool brand engagement. The UVClean Micro I'm gonna talk about this towards the end, this is a brand new product from us. It's leveraging UV Technology, as a disinfecting and cleaning tool. It's really awesome. And this is a very small, lightweight version of this. Hence the name Micro, that we engineered over the last year and a half, and it's leveraging UV Technology. So, we're gonna talk more about that in a second. Another option in the Bluetooth audio lineup, is our BluBuds. So, a little higher end packaging with that one. Again, we see the Qi Mouse Pad and the PopGrip Backspin. So, this is a classic PopSocket, but it's a metal laser engrave that actually has a spin, kind of a fidget spin functionality to it. So, that's been really popular and a different spin literally on the PopGrip. So, some different options there. So, here's a food delivery service. We actually did this in two different orders here in two different phases. But this was really at a driver's safety and appreciation program. So, the first thing we did is we sent out the classic PopGrip with the mount. So, this is an adhesive backing mount that can adhere to your dashboard. And then your PopGrip literally, clips right into can go hands-free in the car. So, a great safety program initiative. But also again, just adds functionality and utility to the smartphone. And you're capturing of course, that great brand impression value on the back of the phone. The second phase we did is brand new product, which is our P4000 Flip UVClean. So, this is the traditional P4000 Flip power bank, which is our bestselling power bank right now. And we've added and incorporated a UVClean technology as well. So, press a button on the side of the power bank, and I get the UV light. So, you can disinfect hard surfaces with that and clean hard surfaces. So, really cool multifunctional product. I'm keeping my phone charged and powered up, but I'm also able to kill bacteria on hard surfaces. So, it feeds into that safety initiative as well. So, two different products that kinda were multifunctional, you're again, adding the essential, function and utility that to either grip, or power your phone, but also have a safety element as well. So, really cool there and great opportunities for you guys to create some sales with that concept. Again, some other products in that lineup. The one I'll talk about most here is the Universal Vent Mount . So, this is a Qi charger, that is a phone mount and feeds right into any car vent. So, it's compatible with any car that has a vent. You could stick that in and your phone clips right in, and then you're wirelessly charging. So, again, I'm going, hands-free in my car, and then I've got the multifunction of wirelessly charging at the same time, so great product there. Right, so here was a beauty brand that was forced to close their retail locations and had to pivot to really all sales being 100% online. So, they wanted to create some incentive. And we worked on this gift with purchase program. So, any online order, I believe it's $100 or more, got this gift with purchase. In this case, we worked with our iShine Glow, and this is really cool product. It's a compact mirror phone stand combo. So, again, I'm leveraging the back of my smartphone for that real estate, but I'm adding more utility and function. So, it's a phone stand, compact mirror, and this one actually illuminates as well, hence the glow. So, I'm adding all this functionality into the back of my phone and capturing that real estate, and a really great product at a great price point. So, obviously fit right into a beauty brand. But any other healthcare, we see this with cosmetic surgeons, dental, that type of thing. This is a great product as well, and a great price point and just an alternative, functioning product for the back of the phone, capturing that real estate again. Some other products that would be great gift with purchase the Pixie Light. This is like a selfie light, but what we're seeing right now is with all the video calls we're doing that front light is really critical for a good video experience. So this can clip right on your phone. It can actually also clip on your laptop and it gives you a little bit of that front light to make your video calls or selfies really crisp. And so, that's a great product as well right now. And iShine, which is a different version of the iShine Glow. This has a five times magnification mirror, and a standard mirror as well. So, just a different spin on that. But again, I'm getting that back of the phone real estate and its functions as a phone stand as well. So, multifunctional, we talked about the iPopStand and the BluPods already, but again, just different ways to sell these in, and leverage the multi-functionality. All right, so let's talk UVClean. So, I don't know if you guys saw the news on this, but the New York Transit, just started installing UV lights into the subway system, to help disinfect the subways. So, this technology has existed for a really, really long time in medical, but it's been really more of a commercial technology. Now we're bringing this into more of the consumer space, and these are two products we just launched with. So, the UVClean Micro, you're not gonna see UVTech, this affordable, or this convenient, this literally can fit right in your pocket, which is awesome. As restaurants start to open up, you can go out and disinfect your silverware, for example, as you start to travel again, this is great for a toothbrush. This is great for your mouse, or anything you wanna disinfect, again, a hard surface, that you can just pull this out of your pocket. It has a key chain attachment as well. So, I can really take this anywhere with me, and quickly get a disinfectant. So, what you're gonna see when you're looking at UV products and you'll see the ones, the phone boxes, and all these different types of UV cleaning products, and you'll see, this is gonna take some education just like wireless charging did. You'll see this represented as either wattage or wavelength. So, there's a couple of different ways that people represent this, but what you really need to know is the variables, similar to wireless charging when the variable is, how far away is the coil in your phone with the charging pad? And that's gonna dictate how efficient that charge is, with the UV technology. The variable is how close am I to the surface, and how long do I hold it there? So, with our products, we've got, if you're one to three inches away from your hard surface, and you're holding it for 30 seconds, this is when you get that 99.9% bacteria kill rate, okay? So, one to three inches from a hard surface for 30 seconds, I'm gonna get a 99.9% kill rate. Now, if I hold it for 10 seconds, that doesn't mean it's not doing anything. I'm just not getting quite the efficiency that if I hold up for the full 30 seconds, we're gonna have a lot more collateral on this. We're actually in the middle of some lab testing that we haven't seen any other products in the market do. So, that's gonna give us a lot of sales collateral, and kind of a leg up on any other competitive product out there, just in terms of the lab testing, that we'll be able to offer. But honestly, we're selling a lot of these right now, just knowing that again, it's a pretty accepted tech and you're seeing it, you've seen it in healthcare for years and years. And when again, you see the New York Subway System start to incorporate this in it, it validates the technology. So, the UVClean Micro in the lab, you're not gonna see anything really this compact, or smaller convenient at this price point. So, this is a great price point for these products. And then on the right, we've got that P4000 Flip, which is my favorite power bank. Again, we've got this self contained 4000 image power bank, but now I press a button on the right, and I illuminate the UV light. And now I can use it as a cleaning tool. So, really cool multifunctional product there. The UVClean P4000 Flip. The only thing I wanna mention is, we've got a few thousand of both of these in stock. But the UV light, demand right now in the universal market is extremely high. So, we're buying up as many UV lights as we can right now to continue to manufacture this product. But what I would say is jump on this right now. I don't want to over promise under deliver from a supply chain standpoint, we're gonna sell out of these, and we're gonna sell out of them pretty quickly. So, please take advantage of free samples from us, virtual mockups. We wanna help you sell this in, but jump on this right now, because it's kinda that classic while supplies last, like I said, we've got a few thousand in stock that we're good for right now. We're trying to get more in as quickly as we can. But I don't want to be in a situation where again, if you can make a big sale, let us know, and we'll work with you on this, but I wanna make sure you guys know this is gonna be kind of a limited supplies. We continue to build up our stock and our inventory position here. And it's really based on that high demand for the UV light technology. Again, we're starting to see that in the mainstream quite a bit. So, these are already out of the gate, extremely popular for us, and they're gonna sell really, really quickly. So, brand new products from us, that are obviously super relevant in the conditions we're living in right now, okay? So, take advantage and let's jump on this. Great sales opportunity. So, again, if you haven't sold Tech yet, if you haven't sold wireless charging, if you're not familiar with UV, just reach out to us, really our mission statement is all about providing the most remarkable service in the industry. And this is how we do that. We're free ground shipping on everything we do. We offer free samples. We offer free virtual proofs or mockups. We usually are able to turn those around in an hour to two. We can get you quotes in hour or less. Every product I showed you today with the exception of the PopSocket branded products, is available on our ReadyShip. And that means you get us approved art and PO by 2:00 p.m. Pacific, we're gonna decorate and ship next day, and that's with a proof, okay? So, you're not crossing your fingers and hoping that logo's not inverted, you're getting approved with everything we do, even our next day. And there's no rush charge, that's standard operating procedure with us. So, I always like to remind people that, at iClick, we tend to take these SLAs for granted, because it literally has been the history of how we built the company over 20 years. But I have to remind myself to remind everybody that these are big differentiators, and this is a great reason to work with us. And we really want to partner with you. And again, if you're able to capture some market share right now, if you haven't gotten into the Mobile Tech space, this is a great opportunity to do that. If you had, and you have already, there's some great new products in here, you can leverage and create some new sales with as well. So, please let us help you do that. Again we've got all the downloads that we went through, that the case studies, the product features available right now, we are gonna send out a recording as a follow up, but take advantage of free samples from us as well. Check out our website for our full ReadyShip lineup. And again, anything that's rush, keep us in mind for that. 'Cause rush is a standard operating procedure for us. I also wanna give you guys a special, and we want to make self promo, extremely accessible. 'Cause this is a great way to sell in obviously get familiar with the products. If you use them, you'll sell them. And certainly if you have, if you're able to take advantage of a Self Promo, you'll create a lot of sales that way. So, we wanna get really aggressive here. You use the promo code SP50, and we're gonna give you EQP less 50% on Self Promo. That's on anything, not just the products we talked about today. So, EQP less 50 on Self Promo, and we're gonna waive the set up and run charges with you as well. So, just use promo code SP50, and this is valid through June. So, you've got all month to take it all next month, to take advantage of that. We're not even June yet. So, you got the full month of June to take advantage of that use code SP50. All right, so with that, I'm gonna take questions. I'm going to pivot back to this slide, just so you guys make sure write that promo code down. So, let's see. I've got a couple of questions I want to go over. And so what kind of tests or standards are there for UVs? And that's a great question. One of the processes of doing testing right now, there are not allowed to stand your test and we've actually, as I mentioned, we're actually pioneering some testing, with some labs as we speak. So, what basically there are some standard tests, that test for different types of bacteria. And we're expanding that to test for a broader range of stuff, basically. So, more to come on that in the next week or two, we're developing some white papers, and some more collateral, to get you guys educated on that. But it's really interesting as you go out and look at whether it's ones or the phone boxes, or you'll see different, well certainly I don't see a lot of documentation on effectiveness. But as I mentioned, you'll see their things positioned in wavelength or in wattage, and that's really how the output is measured, but then the variable to be really cognizant of is, time on surface and distance from surface. And you don't see a lot of that. At least I haven't seen a lot of that in product description. So, that's really the key selling point and how to know how to position that. Let's see, we are developing videos and product videos with a UV light. Yeah. So, we do have some information on the website, and videos are one of those things, both as we're going through, it's interesting as we go through this process of webinars. As well, we're gonna start to incorporate video into our webinars, because certainly seeing the product in action, is more beneficial than just looking at a flat slide. So, this an initiative we're taking on, kind of across the board and that's one of the learnings that we've taken from this whole experience. Does pop stand hold a phone in a big case or just make its own? So, well, I don't know what the pop stand is specifically. Oh, the iPopStand. Yeah, so that's the beverage wrench and the phone stand in one, and I actually have a pretty thick, OtterBox case on my phone, and my phone will fit in the iPopStand. So yeah, we engineered that so it'll fit phone with cases 'cause most people have something on their phone. And hit us up for a sample of those. Those are super affordable and we're happy to get you a couple of samples to play with there. Let's see, what else do we have? Minimum quantity on Self Promo, really kind of depends on the product there, but we really have, it's usually each 50 piece, 25 to 50 pieces depending on the product. So, we'll work with you again, one of the things we wanna do more and more particularly in this time, is try to be as flexible as we can. We've done things like lower our drop ship cost, or drop ship charge, basically down to just trying to cover a little bit of our hard costs. So, we're trying to be extremely flexible. And some of the things that have been traditional or historical standards, we're fudging on a little bit. If you wanna take advantage of this, we'll work with you. How do you order free samples? Hit us up at sales@iclick.com, that's the fastest and easiest way, let us know what you need, and we'll get right back in touch with you and facilitate that for you. So, sales@iclick.com is the best way to reach us. All right, so I've gone a few minutes over. I wanna thank you guys again for your time today. And again, these really are kind of that, next page, everybody's got supply chain for your face masks, and your hand sanitizer, and we get that. And clearly I didn't show any of those products here today. We're not gonna play in that space and be a me too there. What we wanna do is help you differentiate, and pick up market share. But power is essential right now. Certainly UV is essential right now. So, these are essential products, but it's a little bit of a differentiator in getting into that tech space, from what everybody else is already established, which are the mask and the hand sanitizers, and that kind of a thing. So, hopefully you've seen some stuff you can leverage and pivot in, and sell right away, and just please reach out to us and we wanna help you do that. So, with that, I'm gonna wrap it up. Thanks so much, again, stay safe everybody, enjoy your day and we'll talk to you next time.
