- [Karl] Hey everybody, thanks for joining the call today. I'm Karl Johnson, Vice President of Sales here at iClick. I want to welcome you to the webinar, a very Spooky Edition of our webinar today, We're going to go over some all new PopSocket grip products and some other products from PopSockets. So really excited to have you on the call today, and appreciate your attendance. So let's go ahead and dive in. On the call today, we're going to go over some new PopSocket products as I mentioned. We're going to work through some differentiations and some differences between some of these new products because there is a lot that's new. So we want to spend some time kind of helping you understand the differences. There's some downloads that are actually available now as well. And then we've got a very spooky surprise at the end of we're going to do some Q&A as well. So we'll have some time to answer questions around all these new products. Alright, so let's go over a quick intro of PopSockets and the PopSocket grip. PopSockets were actually launched five years ago, back in 2014, took a couple years to get some traction in the promo industry. But as these went super viral at retail, promo was soon to follow and really blew up in the promo space. The PopSocket was the number one searched item in our entire industry last year. So arguably, the most popular product in the industry over the last two years. And now PopSockets has launched a lot of new functionality in form and fashion within the product line. And so we're going to cover that today, which we're really excited about. Today, over 100 million PopSockets have been distributed worldwide. So again, just massive popularity. And that's great in our space, because you get that retail coverage. So you've got end user demand, and really makes it pretty easy to sell when really you're just fulfilling requests from end users that end up asking about this product. So obviously, anytime you can get the popularity of a retail product in our space, both from sort of a protecting from a pricing standpoint and also that end user demand, it makes our lives a lot easier. And now we just extend that into new products. So we're very excited about that. Within the industry, iClick is still the exclusive supplier of the PopSocket Grip. So within promo, just make sure you're coming to iClick. anything else out there is potentially a knockoff or a fake, and we really want to avoid that. PopSockets brand protection team is extremely aggressive, at monitoring and going after fakes in the marketplace. They literally have trainings going on with custom agents across the country as we speak. And so shipments are being confiscated at the border, etc, etc. So stay away from non authentic PopSocket products, and make sure to come to iClick for all your PopSocket products. So we're gonna jump right into product now. So what's really new with PopSockets is the Swappable PopGrip and the Swappable top. And what this allows you to do is literally twist off the top of the PopSocket for easy wireless charging. And these can also be swapped out with different designs that you'll see mostly at retail. In promo, we're still looking at how relevant that is and whether or not really you want your end user to be able to swap off the the brand PopSocket and replace it with a different design. There may be some use cases where that makes sense. But this is really addressing wireless charging, Qi charging. So for example, if you've got a metal or an aluminum PopSocket, this can now be removed and you can wirelessly charge. This removes thickness from the back of the phone to the wireless charger. So you're reducing that gap, which again enables wireless charging. So as we go through the product here, all of the products we're going to show now have the Swappable pop top and we'll see how relevant that is as we get into the different functionality. So with the classic or the standard Swappable PopGrip, we've got it in the classic form and also comboed with the mount. So this is great for going hands free in the car. The mount adheres to your dashboard and you can literally clip in the PopSocket right into that dashboard mount and go hands free in the car. So those are two ways you can now buy the Swappable PopGrip. And if we look at how this actually functions as you push your PopSocket flat against your phone, it's a 90 degree twist, and that top just pops right off. So it's actually very easy to remove, lay your phone down, grab that wireless charge, and then you literally place your pop top back onto the base, give it another twist in the opposite direction, and it clips right back into place. So again, just that removable top on that PopSocket Grip. So now as we look forward and look at other functionality that we're bringing to market within the PopGrip, we've now added the PopMirror, which is a compact mirror that's embedded within the PopSocket top. So this is really cool. The top of the PopSocket actually opens up and exposes this compact mirror within the PopSocket itself. So you've got the one time mirror is the top mirror and then the two times magnification in the base mirror. So this is phenomenal for any type of health and beauty clients. Anything that's female centric has been really popular and just a really nice, higher end PopSocketGrip with that mirror and that compact mirror functionality built in. So now you've got a phone stand, a phone grip, and a compact mirror, all in one, and it's the branded PopSocket product. So can't go wrong with this. And again, if you've got clients that are in this space, particularly, health, beauty brands, cosmetics, anything of that nature, this is an absolute no brainer. Please get samples from us, and we're happy to do mock ups and anything you need to help sell that in. But this is a great new product from PopSocket you will see at retail so at some point, you'll start hearing end user demand for this product as well. The next one I've got in the back of my phone right now, which is one of my favorite new products, which is the BackSpin. So this is your traditional classic PopSocket Grip with a aluminum pop top, which is actually spins like sort of your old fidget spinner. So think about that. What I like to do is set my phone down on the BackSpin here and I can actually spin my entire phone. So from a fidgeting standpoint, and I'm a fidgeter no question about it, this is a phenomenal product. And it's pretty quiet, it's a real nice smooth action. But this is a great way to incorporate kind of that fidget functionality within the classic PopSocket and PopGrip. So that's a really fun new product. These are aluminum laser engraved, so they're really slick higher end. And again, here's a great example. This is a Swappable top. So traditionally, with an aluminum PopSocket, you wouldn't be able to wirelessly charge through that PopSocket. In this case now since this is a Swappable top, we just twist that top right off, we can lay down our phone and charge wirelessly and then twist our top right back on when we're done grabbing that quick charge. So great functionality that's now incorporated within the PopSocket Grips. Now I want to talk about a great new product. A few months ago, we launched our PopWallet line. So we had a PopWallet+ and a Pop Wallet. The PopWallet+ is a hard plastic removable mobile wallet that has the PopSocket incorporated in. So you slide the wallet off and grab that quick charge and it makes wireless charging accessible. This is a much more affordable version with very similar functionality. In this case, we're looking at a silicone wallet with the PopSocket integrated into the wallet. In this version, the full wallet is adhered to the back of the phone, similar to a traditional silicone wallet. But now that we've got that Swappable pop top, the pop top actually is easily removable off the back of that wallet so you can grab that wireless charge. So effectively, here you have, again, the functionality of your mobile wallet and your classic PopSocket Grip, but because now I can remove that pop top and swap that off, I can now grab that quick wireless charge and not have to worry about removing the wallet. I might remove credit cards, etc, to grab that wireless charge, but then I can twist my PopSocket top right back onto the wallet and I've got that multifunctionality. So I'd say over the last couple years, one of the things I've been asked about the most is I've talked to our distributor clients doing shows and at different meetings is when are you going to incorporate a PopSocket into a mobile wallet, and this is the solution for that. So really excited to bring this out now at this great, affordable, promo based price point where we've got that multifunction, again, of the wallet and the PopSocket, and it allows us to wirelessly charge. So that's the other demand we've certainly heard a lot about particularly over the last year and a half is wireless charging has become so prominent, which is how are we able to wirelessly charge our phones with a PopSocket or with a mobile wallet on the back of the phone and here's that solution for you. So I mentioned we launched a couple of other wallet and PopSocket wallet products a couple of months ago. And so this adds to that family. So we've got three wallet products now from PopSocket. And I want to spend a little bit of time going through the differences here. So the PopWallet is a hard plastic removable mobile wallet. There is a base that adheres to the back of the phone and the wallet itself is removable and just reattaches to the base. And with the PopWallet, the entire wallet is able to be decorated so we can do full bleed on the entire wallet. But there is not a PopSocket Grip attachment to that. So that is just a removable mobile wallet. Then we get into the PopWallet+ and that is the hard plastic removable wallet. So again, you've got an adhesive base that stays in the back of your phone and the wallet itself just slides right off with a PopSocket incorporated into that wallet. In this case, you're not in printing on the wallet, you're just in printing on the PopGrip. But that's a great product. And this has been extremely popular out of the gate here the last couple of months. So again, you're combining that functionality of the mobile wallet and the PopSocket but the cool thing is the entire wallet is removable off the back of the phone. So again, you're getting all that distance off your phone for wireless charging, And the new product now, the PopWallet+ Lite, much more affordable version of the PopWallet+. Again in this case, you're just in printing the PopSocket and the wallet itself is not iMprinted. But in this case, the entire wallet stays adhered to the back of the phone but you've got now the Swappable PopGrip. So the top of the PopSocket just twist right off and again enables for easy wireless charging. So three different versions and three different price points now of effectively removable mobile wallets in the back of the phone that enable wireless charging and give that great phone wallet and PopSocket phone wallet combo functionality. So really, really popular, three great price points. And again, you're gonna see these at retail, and you still have a phenomenal economic model where you're selling in significantly under retail for branded PopSocket products. So with any of these products, obviously, I'm a little limited with what I can explain today on the call. So please grab samples from us. And again, we're happy to do mock ups sampling, anything we can do to help you guys sell this in. But these are blowing up for us out of the gate. So we really want to encourage you to take a look and get samples and mock ups and let's help you make some new sales with PopSocket branded products. So here's another, one of the other things we get asked all the time is for custom PopSockets. Can we do custom shapes or custom PopSockets? And this is really a great solution for that. This is the Enamel PopGrip. So in this case, we're actually doing a custom mold and tooling so that you're creating a one of a kind custom PopSocket top on this product. We are doing these overseas with 1,000 piece MOQ, and it does require 35 business days because we are creating custom tooling and a custom mold that creates is very unique product, but it is super cool. So for those of you that did have that question about custom PopSockets and want to do something really unique, one of a kind designs that really can't be replicated, this is what you do. So if you can get out in front of the project, we did 35 days production with that 1,000 piece MOQ but this is a great way to do a really high end, very cool, custom unique PopSocket. So this is the Enamel PopGrip. I just did a show in Florida a couple weeks ago and far and away, this is the most popular new product that we showed. So this is the PopThirst. What we have here is the classic PopSocket incorporated in to your beverage cooley. So we've got this both in the can holder version and the cup sleeve. So again, this is a product I highly encourage you to get samples of, particularly, if you have, obviously, this is a no brainer for beverage clients and that type of a thing. But once you get this in your hand and you actually see the functionality, and you put your hand around this sleeve and feel the the PopGrip attached to this sleeve, that sells itself. I stuck a diet coke cannon here and then an empty coffee cup and just handed this to people and it was done. So if you get these in the hands of your clients, especially, if there's a good use case and a client that's, this is relevant for, this becomes a real no brainer. If you go into the PopSockets website right now, I mean, this is front and center on their Homepage. So this is a very popular product that they've launched at retail and we're really excited to bring this to you in promo. We've just got a 100 piece MOQ. Currently, this is overseas production. So we do need 18 days of production. We can imprint on the PopSocket itself, and also do a full color overseas on the sleeves themselves. So some really cool ways that we can decorate these. But again, just from a functionality standpoint, and from the standpoint that you're getting this retail coverage, and these are going to be, you will see these at retail and you will get that end user demand from a retail standpoint. So really, really cool functionality. But the 2D imagery of this does not do it justice. You got to get one in your hand, put a can in there, put a coffee cup in there and get it in your hand and that'll sell itself. So again, feel free to hit us up for samples, virtual mock ups. We want to help you guys sell these but this is going to be really popular at retail. So that is the new product overview for PopSockets. Again, some really great products that are launched at retail, make wireless charging really easy and accessible. With all the stuff we have in the back of our phones now, you don't have to lose the functionality of the phone stand, the phone grip, the mobile wallet. And now we've got this incorporated into beverage cooleys as well and beverage sleeves, which is really cool. As I mentioned, there are downloads available for you guys. The first question we received was, do credit cards have to come out of the pop wallet? And I'm sure that's referencing wireless charging.

- [Karl] Yeah, I mean, we would always recommend doing that for sure. So if you've got business cards and that type of a thing, again, there two things in play here, your wireless charging is induction oriented. And so you don't want to be charging through anything metal, and that type of thing. So it's just from a safety standpoint, it is recommended certainly to remove your cards. Also, you're just putting more things in between the charging base and your phone. So the more you can remove, actually, the better and the better that signal is going to transmit. So you'll have a better efficiency if you do remove cards out of your wallet.

- [Rob] One more came in from Rose. I'll take this one for you. Are we able to get display signage for our customers? So Rose, we have a lot of fliers and a lot of content around, obviously, PopSockets and all of our products that we're happy to share. So we're happy to email those. There are the handouts on this call that if you click on handouts, you're able to download. That said, into next year, we're actually looking at creating some more sales kits for our distributor partners, where they're a little bit more substantial, including some sample PopSockets as well. So that would be collateral signage with some samples in a display. So that that is in the works. But we haven't had final design on that just yet. So Karl, there are a couple more coming through here. What if a client wants a sample with their logo? Can they get a single sample?

- [Karl] With their logo, we can do spec samples, and we usually do have a small charge for those Effectively, we're trying to cover our cost , if we're going to do a spec sample with a custom imprinted logo. - [Rob] Okay, one more. Will the backing stick the silicone cases?

- [Karl] Yes. So the PopSocket backing and adhesive is generally able to stick to silicone cases. So obviously, there are certain materials and things like that, depending on the case, where you may have better adhesion than others, but universally, the PopSocket Grip is able to stick on any material.

If you want to get first to market and jump on this, let us do some mock ups for you. Let us support your sales efforts, get your samples, get virtual mock ups done so you can get these in front of your clients. Because again, these are things that people are going to start seeing at retail. But if you've got, whether it's health and beauty clients, the PopMirror, whether it's beverage clients, the PopThirst, and obviously there's use cases beyond just those specific industry based clients. But we want to help you sell and get these products out there. You've got great retail coverage from PopSocket brand. And again, from an economic model standpoint, you guys are going to be able to sell in well under retail with a custom decorated product for your clients. So it's a great economic model, which is one of the reasons the classic PopGrip was so successful in our industry because you're selling in well under a retail price point for a super popular retail product. So from that standpoint, we're really excited to be able to expand our product offering from PopSockets. And again, for the 10th time, we just want to make it easy for you guys to sell.
